Handicap Scooter Rental Requirements

Valid credit card to keep on file
Payment method is held until scooter is returned in the same condition as received
At least 18 Years of Age
Current Valid Driver’s License
Signed Liability Agreement for any damages incurred during rental period

Mobility Scooter Delivery for Rental

Pick up and/or Delivery is $2.50 per mile (round trip) with $25 minimum.

Credit Card Surcharge

There is a surcharge of 3.00% when paying with a credit card, which is no greater than our cost of acceptance.
The adjustment will appear on your receipt.
There is no fee when using most debit cards. Cash or check payments do not incur a fee.
